Recently I broke the story of AZGOP 3rd Vice Chair Gina Swoboda Condemning Jeff Dewit’s Recent Power Grab. Today the AZGOP Secretary sent an email confirming that Jeff Dewit improperly and secretly appointed a replacement for CD4 Member at Large Kelly Cooper when he resigned from his elected position. DeWit did not call for an election or even inform the board. Instead, he improperly appointed Diane Ortiz Parsons because she “had the next highest number of votes” as he told several members of the AZGOP Excom recently. Elected, voting members like MALs cannot be appointed in this way. This was called out over a week ago on the FireJeffDewit.com site and by members of CD4; forcing Jeff Dewit to follow the bylaws and hold an election. See the email text below:

BREAKING: LD 29 Chair Linda Migliore has moved out of her precinct and per LD/County Bylaws and Statute is no longer the LD Chair YET SHE IS PRETENDING TO BE and continues to email Precinct Committeemen. An Immediate Election must be held. This move was admitted by her proxy carrier and others at the MCRC EGC meeting tonight, who subsequently voted her proxy was invalid. LD29 Board Members,
Per LD29 bylaws, Article III, Section 1, it states: “Membership of the district shall consist of all duly elected and appointed precinct committeemen, in accordance with A.R.S. 16-821, 16-822 and 16-823.
16-822. Precinct committeemen; eligibility; vacancy; duties; term
A. Any member of a recognized political party who is a registered voter in the precinct is eligible to seek the office of precinct committeeman of that party in that precinct.
D. In addition to other provisions of law regarding removal from office, a vacancy shall exist in the office of precinct committeeman when the precinct committeeman moves from the precinct from which elected or changes political party from the party in which the precinct committeeman was elected.

As a result of moving out of the precinct in which she was elected Precinct Committeeman, Linda Migliore is no longer a Precinct Committeeman per 16-822 D, as highlighted.
Since Linda Migliore is no longer a precinct committeeman, she does not meet the bylaw definition of a member of this district, per LD29 bylaws, Article III, Section 1, and therefore, LD29 has a vacancy both in the Rio Paseo Precinct and in the position of the LD29 Chairman. Our LD does not currently have a chair.
Per LD29 bylaws Article IV, Section D “Vacancies”,
“In case of a vacancy the office of District Chairman, …., the PCs within the district SHALL MEET AND ELECT BY VOTE of the majority present, in person or by proxy, a successor who is elected or appointed PC with current voting privileges to hold office for the remainder of the current term.’
Based on the facts above, I and the LD29 body call upon the 1st Vice Chair, as acting chair, to issue a call letter, pursuant to LD29 bylaws Article IV, Section D, 14 days or more in advance of our Tuesday, January 16th 2024 meeting, so the members of the LD29 body may take immediate action on replacement of the chair.
There is also a vacancy for the second vice chair.
The call for election must be both for Chair and 2nd Vice Chair.
Given the timeliness of this matter, please respond in a Reply All to this email on / or before 3:00 pm, Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

If the state party is going to make itself a unilateral command and control structure wielding authority over every level of the party from PC to LD to County we are dangerously close to becoming the thing we say we are seeking to protect ourselves from. There will come a day when the people filling the roles that these resolutions sought to give broad powers to are not in agreement with any one of us. This type of authority once given is always used and it is eventually used against the people it sought to protect.“

I have been asked to explain my reasoning in voting no on several resolutions brought before the AZGOP EXCOM. While I wish we could have had an opportunity to see these in advance of the meeting and have a longer discussion, they were handed out as votes were being taken and I did not have all pages we were voting on as the votes took place. Others have posted the resolutions and circulated emails slandering myself and others who voted their consciences and who have served the party and the state in good faith for many years. People who I care about and respect have asked me to address this publicly.
This calls for AZGOP to intervene in LD and County disputes
Not just in LD3 which is the purported reason for the resolution.
This also creates a committee to police activities of PCs
This exceeds the authority delegated to the state party.
Therefore I voted no
This orders the disgorgement of funds from an entity outside the delegated authority of the state party and threatens further disciplinary action.
This is outside state party authority.
This would require a court order.
This would establish a precedent that the state party can order transfer of funds from LDs or County committees
The state party has no authority to take disciplinary action against an LD.
I object.
I voted no.
This is in conflict with 16-822
The authority to fill a PC vacancy rests solely with the county party chair.
The state party has no authority to compel an LD chair or a County chair to fill a vacancy.
This is also counter intuitive to the attempts to strip SCs (over which the state party chair does have authority) of voting rights for signing a petition (which was ultimately tabled).
If the right to review PC applications were to be removed from LD and County chairs (which this attempted to do and which is in conflict with statute) would it not become more likely that PC ranks would be vulnerable to being filled with ‘outside agitators’ which was the reasoning given for the extraordinary delegation of additional power to the state party in the other resolutions?
I object
I voted no.
This creates another committee empowered to take disciplinary action across all levels of authority PC LD County.
This exceeds state party authority.
This could easily be abused to target people with different views.
I object to seating this kind of power in a selected group at the top of any command structure.
I voted no.
One of these resolutions also attempt to turn the state party into a filing officer who ‘validates’ petition signatures and is then the same authority who makes the ruling on who prevails in the contest/challenge.
There is a reason that our filing officers are separate from our judicial branch.
I made these votes based on policy, process and rule of law as I see it. If the state party is going to make itself a unilateral command and control structure wielding authority over every level of the party from PC to LD to County we are dangerously close to becoming the thing we say we are seeking to protect ourselves from.
There will come a day when the people filling the roles that these resolutions sought to give broad powers to are not in agreement with any one of us. This type of authority once given is always used and it is eventually used against the people it sought to protect.
I do not begrudge others their votes, I deserve the same consideration. Those who have not looked beyond one specific case in point to the broader precedents these resolutions set who simultaneously attack others for their own principled votes are leading us to a place of even more divisiveness.
Please consider that others are entitled to their own views and please cease maligning those who have served faithfully simply because you disagree.

Several Precinct Committeeman responded saying“Tatiana IS A RINO and that’s why she supports this RINO SLATE OF TRUMP HATERS!” and “You’ve got to be Crazy Tatiana to push this RINO slate! Been hearing that Rex Ford is stepping down, asked a SC to fill in. The response was “NO!” James Roth is PC captain of Rio Verde, he keeps a good % of PCs in the dark. We all know of Morgan Perry supporting Dan Farley” and “#enemywithin” and “Morgan has backed Dan Farley in SHUTTING DOWN LD4 for 6 months this year. Just because bylaws permit it doesn’t make it smart or patriotic! Yet that’s always their justification/protection when questioned. He’s RUDE and delusional with self importance to boot. In Legislative District 3, Candace Czarny never was and is not the LD3 Chair. In addition to proven and documented election bylaw and rules violations, Candace’s election had documented and irrefutable proof that at least one PC captain instructed their PCs to commit proxy fraud (which was then witnessed and attested to). These fraudulent proxies were then voted in the election meaning ELECTION FRAUD! What the AZGOP is trying to do is to deny the PCs any redress with proven election fraud exactly as the Biden administration and DOJ is doing to the American People with stolen elections.
MCRC Wins Czarny Court Case Despite Her False Claims to the Contrary
The Honorable Judge Frank W. Moskowitz ruled in case CV 2023-004799that “It does not preclude political parties from holding other LD meetings and elections of officers, which may be necessary due to election contests, vacancies, or removals.” and “Here, the March election did not violate § 16-823.” and “IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED denying Plaintiff’s (Candace Czarny’s) claim for injunctive relief.”
Dewit Secretly and Improperly Appoints CD4 MAL to Elected Position
Several months ago, AZGOP CD4 Member at Large Kelly Cooper resigned from his elected position. DeWit did not call for an election or even inform the board. Instead, he improperly appointed Diane Ortiz Parsons because she “had the next highest number of votes”. Voting members like MALs cannot be appointed in this way.
Collusion with Maricopa Board of Supervisors to Delay PC Appointments for over 180 PCs for Months
Jeff Dewit contacted Maricopa County Board of Supervisors asking them to delay approving over 180 PC appointments. His name was invoked several times in support of delay, and then Jeff appeared at the next MCBOS meeting and spoke in favor of a new policy and form which violates statute and results in more government interference into private party matters. At that meeting the PC Appointments were REJECTED.
At a recent secret AZGOP board meeting, (all meeting minutes are hidden with no recording or photos allowed) Jeff Dewit allegedly set up an ethics committee where he has the final say on any and all decisions like the Tyrant Dictator RINO he is. Jeff participated in debate which was an ethical and procedural violation and insisted that he had authority that he does not have. Jeff was called out by a registered Parliamentarian and gave no shit whatsoever. During the meeting Jeff refused to recognize valid motions, refused to acknowledge valid challenges of the Chair’s ruling. He was assisted by RINOs Merissa Hamilton, Yvonne Cahill, Elijah Norton, Dan Grimm, Tatiana Pena, and others. The AZGOP has been spreading propaganda and lies to counties for months.
An AZGOP Excom member said “Chairman DeWit claims to be neutral, however, unethically debated on motions that give him full tyrannical authority over the Counties, LDs, and PCs.”
Anonymous witnesses described Jeff Dewit as “behaving like a dictator” and “acting like a king”.
The AZGOP and RINO Tyrant Jeff Dewit are going to war against true conservative Republican MAGA Who Honor the Constitution.
