Allegations have surfaced that in Milwaukee, the coup of the Republican Party is complete and having bought the board positions with alleged bribes, Turning Point now just appoints all the Party leadership. See the evidence below and don’t let the exposed Turning Point Action Mount Vernon Project to take over the GOP party happen in Arizona Legislative District 3 through the Misty/Rugloski Mob (more on this at the end of this article). Don’t let this happen in your County or State.
Overview of the Republican Party of Milwaukee County Tyrannical “Restructuring”
On July 18th, 2025 the Republican Party of Milwaukee County posted the following letter on the “restructuring” of their leadership implementing what they call a “municipality ward captain system“. The letter at the bottom of this article states that the Executive Committee has approved without a vote of the full body membership the “establishment of Municipality Committee territories” and the “creation of Municipality Committee Chair positions and a robust Ward Captain network,..” the letter goes on to say “this reform represents the official dissolvement of the previous Branch System,…“.
The Chairman Hilario Deleon also posted in approval of the plan which includes “Each municipality within Milwaukee County will now be assigned a Municipality Committee Chair…” and “Ward Captains will be appointed…” as well as “Applicants for MCC and Ward Captain positions will be interviewed and vetted by members of the PRMC Executive Committee to ensure alignment…”
This plan brought on immediate push back from Republicans including Milwaukee residents who said “What a bunch of crap. Top down BS bureaucracy. What could possibly go wrong?” and Wisconsin resident previously in leadership said “Milwaukee County GOP and Turning Point are two very messy organizations. It is clear and it shows. Take overs, power grabs, and legal issues. Par for the course.” Andy Meehan said “Oh look!!! Another corrupt Executive Committee! Is that one appointed 90% by the chairman/woman like ours in Bucks County? It’s the UNELECTED ones rigging the primaries for the sellout RINOS.”
The Wisconsin Conservative Digest recently criticized the Milwaukee County Republican Party Chairman saying “DeLeon is just 23 years old and still living with his mother and even driving her car.” and of his work for the Ron Johnson campaign: “The word is that he worked for the Ron Johnson campaign but was fired because he didn’t like to do doors and then he worked for the RPW, but again, he was fired because of poor performance.” and “he did not even attempt to recruit any candidates for Milwaukee county Treasurer or Register of Deeds, not high profile offices but it would be nice to get a republican in one of those offices if possible and as we now can see, it was a huge Republican year and maybe those candidates would have been carried on President Trump’s coattails, especially with the crime issue being front and center. So, what is the favorite slogan of “Hilarious” sorry again, “Hollywood”, “We will lose by less” Not we can win, or we have a good opportunity, nope, “We will lose by less.”
Deleon responded to my questions saying “Turning Point has no say or authority over our party. Only one person works for turning point on our executive committee and they take time out of their work schedule to volunteer for the county party where they live and where they were elected by the members.”
Wisconsin Turning Point Action Employee and Milwaukee County GOP Vice-Chair Brett Galaszewski Mentioned by Name in Account of Alleged Sexual Assault Victim & Coverup
Brett Galaszewski can be seen in the far left in a photo including COO Tyler Bowyer and prominent Turning Point Action employee Matthew Martinez. I wrote recently the later two were accused of alleged sexual assault and cover-up. The victim of the alleged assault wrote: “My first reaction was to call my mother. In tears, I told her about what had happened. She kindly advised me to let Turning Point Action Enterprise Director Brett Galaszewski know what had happened. Once I returned back home, I sent him a message letting him know about the incident. Brett called me within a few minutes, asking if I was okay and safe, as well as apologizing for being out of town at present and therefore unable to help prevent the situation from occurring. Brett told me that he would have to let Tyler Bowyer know about the incident as well, and asked if I was okay with Brett informing Tyler; I said that that was absolutely alright.”
While it is true the First Vice-Chair Brett Galaszewski identifies that he is a “National Enterprise Director for TPAction”, Deleon neglected to mention his Linkedin Profile which reveals immediately before he was a “Full-time Turning Point Action Ballot Chase Manager” from June 2024-November 2024.
A Politico article claims in an interview that Deleon started working for turning point and also quoted him saying ““…low-propensity” conservative voters to vote for Trump — if he can make Trump and other Republicans just “lose by less” in a place where they typically lose by lots — he can be a reason Trump wins back the White House.” The article further confirms Deleon’s close Turning Point ties saying “By this past January he was at Turning Point’s Restoring National Confidence Summit in Las Vegas. “Hilario Deleon, chairman of the Republican Party of Milwaukee County,” he said, introducing himself, standing at a mic in the crowd. Charlie Kirk, the organization’s contentious founder and president, stood on the stage. “Wow,” said Kirk.” Kirk didn’t really answer the question. He zeroed in on something else. “So what you are doing in Milwaukee might actually end up saving the entire civilization,” Kirk told Deleon. “If we lose by less in Milwaukee, we could win the White House,” he said. “If we lose less by 2 percent, what could that mean — a hundred thousand votes? — which could make the entire difference,” Kirk continued. “I can’t encourage you enough as a Gen Z county chair in one of the most important counties …” “Thank you so much, Charlie,” Deleon said. “Let’s go kick some ass!” Deleon further responded to questions by repeating a common Turning Point mantra: “The democrats have used this playbook for years.”
Former County Party Chair Sam Hagedorn Confirms Hilario’s Close Turning Point Ties
The Politico article went on: “Some of his own people — fellow party officials, longtime party activists — are some of his biggest skeptics. “In all honesty, Hilario’s a great guy, but he’s tied into Turning Point,” Sam Hagedorn, a former county party chair and the father of a current state supreme court justice, told me, “and I think Turning Point turns people off.” Many party stalwarts, citing defeats in, say, key races in places like Michigan and Arizona, wonder if Turning Point’s turnout efforts actually yield the results to win.”
Alleged Turning Point Takeover of Milwaukee County and State Delegates, Pointing Out Turning Point Losses
A Milwaukee Activist in an interview confirmed concerns in Wisconsin that “we are going to be overrun by Turning Point people and their agenda.” and “Turning Point was trying to not allow certain people to become state delegates based on a litmus test of how they would vote on a amendment to prevent employees paid by PACs or Political organizations from serving on Republican boards. We have never had to have a screening process in 20 years before to become a delegate. This past caucus the Chairman stated they wanted to interview delegates. Fortunately that plot was defeated when the Chairman of Milwaukee County was caught red handed. If it wasn’t for a state senator who knew the rules, they would have excluded at least 50 people that Turning Point didn’t like.”
He asks the question “If Turning Point is the answer, what was the question?? Election results??” then goes on to say in a Facebook post comments, “Turning Point said they have all the answers and get out of the way RPW, so what happened? Turning Point lost and hasn’t done anything on the college campuses to boot.” and “What is the Salary of Brett G. Brandon M. and the rest of the Turning Point staff in Wisconsin.. What did they deliver??? A Big fat L.”
And went on to say “Turning Point’s paid employees should not be on any volunteer GOP Boards, second stop attacking everyone who is over 25 and those who may not agree with them.”
Activist Ethan Sanchez had this to say: “Turning Point is an organization made to elevate young and often abrasive characters to positions of power and influence. If you really think the party is useless, why are you so obsessed with getting elected to leadership roles in the party? If you are truly grassroots minded, do it as a grassroots leader. Because right now, you just look like power hungry acolytes pretending to be grassroots leaders.”
Turning Point PAC $12,000 Alleged Bribe to Republican Party of Milwauke County in 2024
The below screenshot taken from my previous article of Turning Point PAC Wisconsin Financials Reveal $121K+ in Contributions Which Support Allegations of Bribery and Coup – New Complaint of GOP Internal Election Irregularities reveal at least $12,000 in direct donations from Turning Point PAC Wisconsin to the Republican Party of Milwaukee County on April 16, 2024 (while the current Chair Deleon was employed full time by Turning Point.) Deleon refused to answer further questions on total monetary or nonmonetary compensation given to him, his First Vice Chair, or the Republican Party of Milwaukee County.
Continued Unethical Behavior by Former Turning Point Employee Michelle Rugloski and Misty Mob in Arizona LD3:
A majority of the LD3 board has voted against approval of the revised LD3 Finance Committee report (Editors note, the final version has changes but incorporates much from Rugloski’s red-lined version) in which Michelle Rugloski pushes her false narrative with incorrect information, missing information, and a clear bias against evidence along with a double conflict of interest by not recusing herself in an audit where she audits herself and her board. She also seeks to falsely absolve herself of any legal liability in an ongoing lawsuit through deception and false information. The Body of LD3 voted 3 consecutive times to suspend PCs making their will clear, “Gomez Board” member David Genge was a member of the Membership Committee and was in attendance during a unanimous vote of one round to physically mail notices (the Membership committee voted to verify then mail the worst offenders first, then a second and final third round which required several communications and spreadsheet results provided by the Secretary Carol Torkko), and the Chairman Bob Gomez sent an email to the Membership Committee on 8/16/24 at 4:34pm confirming the approved motion by the Body that the committee “act until further notice” and instructing “The committee will prepare and send emails and letters that will be required to be sent to PCs in LD3 regarding this motion.” The expense with receipt was then submitted to the Gomez board. The expense was approved and reimbursed, whether the board failed to conduct any required votes or not is unknown to the Membership committee, however at a minimum a majority Bob Gomez, David Genge, Kevin Maldonado, and Carol Torkko were fully informed or directed the actions at all stages. The current Bylaws Article III Section C 6. d confirm that the Membership Committee has authority to notify PCs of suspension.
Rugloski has confirmed to many first-hand witnesses and me directly that she was paid by Turning Point during her tenure as an LD3 Board member. It is time for Rugloski to resign as a National Delegate and AZGOP MAL given her continued unethical behavior. Rugloski and Misty Portwood refuse to answer if they are currently receiving any current nonmonetary or monetary compensation from Turning Point Action or their affiliates.

BREAKING: Embattled Turning Point Action COO Tyler Bowyer has responded to my recent article providing significant evidence proving a pattern of his and Turning Point Action’s pattern of unethical behavior and lies by further gaslighting and projecting. Bowyer blocks this reporter and any who question his or Turning Point Actions behavior such as Turning Point PAC Wisconsin Financials $121K+ Contributions Supporting Allegations of Bribery & Coup. Despite that he responded with this X post shortly after the article was published:
“The State of the AZGOP is so bad the chair has Garrett Archer, a lib and Brian Ference, a guy who has posted numerous false accusations, attacks exclusively conservatives and has made many antisemitic statements, responding on her behalf. Really crazy moment for the AZGOP to be run by someone who has these people as her best friends. The truth is that these dishonest actors are the only ones defending Gina because she hired Chris Baker— a political consultant who hates conservatives, who also happens to be David Schweikert’s primary consultant. So yes, any insider knows that what I am sharing sounds insane, because it is and is originates with a bad anti-freedom caucus, anti-conservative consultant who Gina Swoboda has employed, propped up and funded. People pretending to be “America First” have been bought and paid for to support this stupidity and have been attacking freedom caucus members, the most conservative members of the legislature and Congress— and now Andy Biggs. Bowyer Projects over “Dishonest Actors” But The Evidence Shows He is the Dishonest Actor
Significant evidence has been provided proving the numerous allegations against Bowyer and Turning Point Action. Of course he must revert to the “racist” defense to defend his indefensible behavior accusing anyone providing evidence against him of being antisemitic. He also falsely states Ference “attacks exclusively conservatives” which a simple search of the @brianference1 x profile immediately disproves. Bowyer continues to gaslight claiming that I am one of AZGOP Chairwoman Swoboda’s “best friends” yet a simple search reveals my extremely critical reporting of several of Swoboda’s decisions and the way in which she was elected in 2024 (An election in which Bowyer unethical endorsed Swoboda and ran the meeting pushing through her nomination while being caught lying and ignoring valid objections)
Bowyer Also Projecting Like a Democrat Accusing Others of Coordinated Attacks While Evidence Shows He Leads His Paid Employees In Coordinated Attacks
Bowyer continued to double down saying “you have to wonder why there is a direct line between the AZGOP chair and that dude. In my observation, he is one of the first people she talks to on things, and it has coordinated attacks on conservatives including recorder heap. Hated by the consultants around the AZGOP” just as a Democrat would, while evidence shows Bowyer lead his paid Turning Point Action Employees in Coordinated Attacks.
TP Action employees led by COO Tyler Bowyer now appear to be running a coordinated smear campaign against AZGOP Chair Gina Swoboda. Below is screenshot evidence which is only a SMALL SAMPLE. AI defines this tactic as “swarms of nano-influencers”. This TPAction tactic seems similar to one deployed by liberals spreading propaganda, read this article “Evidence reveals Harris campaign paying young social media influencers for pro-Harris content” from the Conservative Institute.

When asked for comment AZGOP Chair Gina Swoboda had this to say: “The Republican Party of Arizona is not for sale. Not to PACs, not to consultants, not to anyone, no matter how well intentioned, including Turning Point. Our party belongs to the State Committeemen who are elected by our PCs. This is a bottom up organization led by our grassroots and it will remain that way as long as I’m in the chair.”

Today, Turning Point Action COO Tyler Bowyer posted a false X post stating: “Word is circulating that the AZGOP Chair is trying to recruit David Schweikert as part of an anti-Biggs slate of candidates to replace Karrin Taylor Robson who is massively underperforming in every poll This is insane stuff. Schweikert has enough struggle with his CD1 seat!” and “This is what happens when you hire bad consultants at the AZGOP.”
Not only did Bowyer not cite any actual sources or evidence for his false claim, but it was refuted multiple times by AZGOP Chairwoman Gina Swoboda. In a call with this reporter, Swoboda said: “No, I did not seek to recruit or even think about recruiting anybody to run against Andy Biggs. The AZGOP bylaws prevent me from doing that whereas Jake Hoffman (Editor’s Note: National Committeeman, Arizona Senator, and Turning Point Action ally whose companies have received millions from Turning Point) is actively recruiting and endorsing people to primary candidates which violates their bylaws. I am not doing that. I wouldn’t do that even if it wasn’t in the bylaws because it undermines the cohesiveness of the party, it wasn’t the right thing when prior Chairman did that and look what happened to Jeff Dewitt when he tried to interfere in elections.”
Swoboda also denied being involved in any alleged polling regarding Schweikert and went on to question if Bowyer and Hoffman, who with the backing of Turning Point Action have endorsed Andy Biggs are simply seeking to create division to their own financial benefit saying: “I don’t know his motivation, but this might have been done to make both governor candidates think that I am against them and prevent coordination with the AZGOP. This could result in funds being steered toward 501c(4) organizations (Editors Note: Turning Point Action is a 501c4) which will also raise the candidate’s costs by 30% by not working with the AZGOP.”
Bowyer also denied reporting from multiple sources saying “Yes, my sources are accurate. And yes, Gina is lying via Archer, again.” including dubious ABC15 Data Guru who also spoke with Swoboda saying “She is, and has been following @azgop bylaws of not getting involved in primaries.” Marcus Milam alleged: “Tyler, you’re a known liar going back to when you lied to get your vice chair removed from the Maricopa County GOP. If you told me it was raining outside, I’d go outside to look for myself.”
A Pattern of Unethical Behavior by Tyler Bowyer and Turning Point Action
Tyler Bowyer was exposed for leading a smear campaign with paid Tuning Point Action employees against Swoboda in an attempt to influence the last AZGOP election.
Bowyer was also accused of allegedly covering up a sexual assault by a prominent Turning Point Action employee.

Today I received a copy of an email sent on July 1, 2025 from the Mohave County GOP Chair Jodi Saegesser, proving that Mohave County GOP is regularly and automatically vacating the positions of precinct committeemen who miss 3 consecutive “quarterly precinct meetings” in their District. These are the equivalent to Legislative District Meetings for Maricopa County GOP. The email cites their bylaws “Any PC who is absent for three (3) consecutive meetings shall have ceased to discharge the duties of the office Precinct Committeeman and their position shall be deemed vacant from and after said occurrence.” and also rightly A.R.S. 38-291 Vacancy Defined #7 which states “The person holding the office ceasing to discharge the duties of office for the period of three consecutive months.” A.R.S 16-821 clarifies that this definition of Vacancy does indeed apply to Precinct Committeemen in B saying “The criteria used to establish when a vacancy exists in the office of precinct committeeman shall be as established in section 38-291.”
This sets a clear precedent and any refusal to vacate a Precinct Committeemen position after 3 months of missed meetings would be unlawful and against Statute. Why then do Legislative Districts and the Maricopa County GOP refuse to vacate Precinct Committeemen positions in violation of the law and this clearly set precedent by Mohave County GOP?

I’m writing to address an important matter regarding your attendance at the scheduled, quarterly precinct meetings.
As part of our standing rules, precinct committeemen who miss two consecutive meetings will receive a warning letter. The Secretary has informed me that you have missed multiple consecutive meetings. Regular attendance is required as per the bylaws.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, but it is essential to communicate with your District Director, xxxx.
If you feel you no longer wish to serve as a precinct committeeman, please return the attached resignation letter to your District II office or to Director xxxxx.
We sincerely hope to see you at the next quarterly meeting on July 12th in Topock. If you find this notice in error, please reach out to District Director xxx.
B. Meeting attendance by members
1. All elected and appointed PC’s should attend all meetings; however, missing two (2) consecutive quarterly meetings shall cause the person to be subject to the actions as defined in Section B-3.
2. The MCRCC Secretary shall notify members when they have missed two (2) consecutive
quarterly meetings that another meeting missed will result in the actions defined below in Section B-3.
3. Any PC who is absent for three (3) consecutive meetings shall have ceased to discharge the duties of the office Precinct Committeeman and their position shall be deemed vacant from and after said occurrence.
This is in accordance with AZ Statute 38-291.7.
4. Any deviation to section B may be considered to be “in attendance” with prior consent of the members, District Director and approval of the MCRCC Chairman.
5. Any member volunteering and serving on a Committee should attend all meetings; however, all members shall attend a majority of Committee meetings, either in person or by electronic means (phone or computer).”

I wrote yesterday that former Arizona Legislator and Turning Point employee Austin Smith was indicted by an Arizona Grand Jury on 14 Felony and Misdemeanor counts related to fraudulent nominating petition signatures. Allegations that Turning Point gathered the fraudulent signatures on Smith’s behalf have now been confirmed by multiple sources including pointing back to an April 25th article which states paid Turning Point Action employee “Richard (Ricky) Guthridge of Tucson, is responsible for gathering the signatures.” Despite the article claiming Smith resigned from his job at Turning Point Action, Smith’s X profile and other sources indicate that he was then re-employed and is currently an employee. The article also notes “Richard (Ricky) Guthridge, of Tucson, is accused of gathering these obviously forged signatures on a petition to get Republican Rep. Michele Peña on the 2024 primary ballot.” and further “All of the petition sheets that Marra highlighted were circulated by a man named Ricky Guthridge, and the 60 signatures that he collected seem to be obvious forgeries. The signature lines on the petition sheets that he collected differ significantly from the ones collected by other circulators for Peña in that they almost exclusively consist of single-name signatures. The signatures, printed names, addresses and dates on Guthridge’s petition sheets all feature the same, often illegible, handwriting.”
The article also notes “Guthridge who attends UofA is a national committeeman for Arizona College Republicans and is on the boards for Pima County Young Republicans and for Turning Point USA’s operations at the university.” Guthridge’s X profile confirms he is a Turning Point Action “CTV Catalina Region Manager” and the Pima County Young Republicans confirm his is the Chair of their organization.
An anonymous whistleblower with knowledge of the incident and Guthridge’s history had this to say: “Ricky was fired by Young Americans for Liberty. Impeached and banned by the UofA College Republicans, however he is still employed by TPUSA action as a reward for interfering with their competitors. Turning Point acts like a Mafia of Machiavellian grifters. They are a huge liability to the Republican Party and a ticking bomb. The party needs to divest immediately.”
Smith withdrew from the race releasing a statement at the bottom of this post.
Hours After Article Smith Hides His X Account and Scrubs Turning Point Information
Just hours after my article about Smith was released, he set his @azaustinsmith X profile to private and removed most of the references to Turning Point including his title as “Strategic Director Turning Point Action and Turning Point Action Scorecard”. However, he forgot to remove the little TPAction icon. After I called out Smith for leaving the icons in an X post, he then removed those too. These screenshots were taken approximately 1-2 hours apart. This lends credibility to the allegations that Turning Point was involved in the fraudulent signatures. Why would Austin scrub and hide his profile? As always members of Turning Point including TPAction COO Tyler Bowyer and Turning Point USA CEO Charlie Kirk did not respond to public request for comment.

Scott Presler was further exposed in recent Wall Street Journal and Daily Beast and The Bulwark articles noting “Presler has faced a growing chorus of Republican critics who say he is overstating the value of his voter-registration work, particularly in the battleground state of Pennsylvania.” and recalling “an unsavory incident from Presler’s past in which he had sex in a Republican office, then posted the pictures on Craigslist.” The articles further highlight “They’ve laid out their evidence that his impact is overstated at Real$cottPresler.com, a website launched in April devoted to their gripes with him.” and “proof that Presler has “inflated” his claims about “the Amish numbers and dozens of other things.”
“There are other examples that critics trot out as evidence of Presler’s hype efforts. They note that he rejoiced in September after registered Republicans surpassed Democrats in Pennsylvania’s Luzerne County. “This is monumental, earth-shattering, ground shaking news,” Presler wrote on X. But as Presler’s detractors on the “Real$cottPresler.com” website point out, Trump won the county even when it had more registered Democrats—by 22,000 votes in 2020.
Presler’s critics also say Presler has been slow to debunk a popular claim circulated by his fans: that he registered 180,000 Amish voters in Pennsylvania. That’s a statistical impossibility: The total Amish population in the state is less than 100,000.
“Straka accused Presler of being a phony who faked his voter registration success and, in turn, weakened the party’s get-out-the-vote efforts.” wrote the Daily Beast.“He blatantly lied about registering 50,000 voters in PA. He lied about “delivering” the Amish to the polls. He raised millions of dollars based on these lies–but worst of all–he has made people believe that he has a magic formula for “flipping“ states red. “This deception just contributed significantly to costing the Wisconsin Supreme Court election a few months ago and a Pennsylvania Senate seat that Republicans have held..”
The Wall Street Journal wrote: “Among his specific accusations is that Presler’s PAC claimed to have registered 10,000 new voters in Pennsylvania before the election and then, eight days later, bumped the figure up to 50,000. Straka also questioned Presler’s claim to have registered droves of new Amish voters. Their turnout only increased by about 3% in Lancaster, the state’s most populous Amish county, from 2020 to 2024. Still, Presler’s legend was such that last November a fellow MAGA supporter tweeted a picture of him with the message: “If Trump wins Pennsylvania we all owe it to this man! @ScottPresler Registered’s [sic] 180,000 Amish first time voters. He worked tirelessly! Please send a thank you to Scott!” Similar tweets began to circulate. There are only about 92,000 Amish in the state, including many children.”

In his X post, Presler claims he is flying to LA to help “recruiting thousands of volunteers and getting voter ID on the ballot in California.” but instead of doing that or helping ICE, he will be attending an LAGOP Happy Hour followed by Dinner:

I wrote before about the continued unethical behavior and false propaganda being spread by AZGOP MAL and National Delegate Michelle Rugloski. Rugloski has now doubled down yet again, publicly posting an alternate Finance Committee Report with disproven statements and false information without informing the other Finance Committee Members. A reasonable person has to question if Rugloski’s continued gaslighting and pushing of disproven and false information has anything to do with her trying to redirect blame from a lawsuit she is named in, or to distract and play victim to cover up the fact that she ignored her duties as LD3 1st Vice Chair never holding training for PCs and instead spending all of her time out of state ballot chasing as a paid employee of Turning Point. Is she still on Turning Point’s payroll?
The report mentions “Ninth Instance: Unapproved Expenditure and Procedural Violation by Membership Committee.” This is proved repeatedly and irrefutably false. The evidence below shows the Body of LD3 voted 3 CONSECUTIVE TIMES to suspend PCs making their will clear, “Gomez board” member David Genge was a member of the Membership Committee and was in attendance during a unanimous vote of one round to physically mail notices, and then Chairman Bob Gomez sent an email to the Membership Committee on 8/16/24 at 4:34pm confirming the approved motion by the Body that the committee “act until further notice” and instructing “The committee will prepare and send emails and letters that will be required to be sent to PCs in LD3 regarding this motion.” The expense with receipt was then submitted to the Gomez board which APPROVED AND PAID THE EXPENSES!
The statements “avoiding the requirement in Article IV, Section A, 6, a xii, which mandates Executive Committee approval for expenses exceeding $200…” is false and misleading. The statements “The practice of dividing expenses to circumvent Executive Committee approval bypasses…” is also false and misleading.
Rugloski’s disproven statements include falsely claiming that “she, Brian Ference, and the other Membership Committee members went rogue and spent over $300 of the District funds without the Board or Body’s approval” and “The Membership Committee’s actions led to Carrie Cox and Susan Wood filing a lawsuit against the Gomez board, with the MCRC covering $30,000+ legal costs. This should outrage all PCs!” (see screenshots at the bottom of this post).

You can clearly see that the filing request for relief has absolutely nothing to do with Rugloski’s false claims but is instead requesting relief related to “legal power to call and preside“ over the upcoming Legislative District 3 Statutory Meeting to elect officers. In fact, the entire filing of CV2024-021952 on August 13, 2024 does not even mention the word suspension once. Rugloski’s claims are clearly and irrefutably false. (see image of relief filing below). Why does she continue to gaslight Precinct Committeemen and persist in falsely making disproven statements?

Just last month, Brian Rugloski, the husband of Michelle Rugloski was exposed by video evidence here video 1 and here video 2 and 4 first hand eyewitness accounts including the Sergeant at Arms of allegedly committing an ethical violation in LD3 recording how Precinct Committeemen vote on two or more occasions. Michelle has then proceeded to gaslight the LD3 board and PCs and play victim while projecting and accusing those that exposed her husband of wrong doing. Brian and Michelle Rugloski have been accused of harassing and intimidating PCs over how they vote. This tactic was nearly identical to the one used by Candace Czarny Board Member Sue Woods and her husband to disparage the LD and harass and intimidate members.
Is this type of Dishonesty and Ethical Violations of an AZGOP MAL and National Delegate What We Want for Arizona?

The disturbing behavior and pattern of proven false statements from AZGOP MAL and National Delegate Michelle Rugloski continues. Even when confronted with hard evidence, Rugloski continues to gaslight and spread the false information. In a public domain letter sent on May 8, 2025 AZGOP Chairwoman Gina Swoboda related that the Republican Party of Arizona officially notified Maricopa County Recorder Justin Heap of their “unqualified opposition” to Heap’s proposal communicated by his Chief of Staff to the Board of Supervisors to “mail early ballots to voters who are not on the Active Early Voting List and did not otherwise request early ballots in the upcoming special election for U.S. Representative for the Seventh District of Arizona.”
The letter indicates that although the “Board of Supervisors summarily rejected, and the County Attorney disavowed the legality of, that proposal” that the “AZGOP remains concerned by your apparent misunderstanding of Arizona law, and its potential to undermine the AZGOP’s recent victories for election integrity.“
Swoboda then cited legal precedent limiting the Recorder’s authority and stated it would be “illegal for him to do so” and cited A.R.S. 16-542.
When asked for comment on the letter, Swoboda provided this statement threatening legal action against Recorder Heap: “I continue to be SHOCKED that the Maricopa county recorder continues to insist this act would be advisable much less lawful. It is neither, and the Republican Party of Arizona will litigate the matter if it becomes necessary to do so.” See the full letter below.
Heap’s May 7th X Post on Election Integrity and the Rejected Proposal
In a May 7th X Post titled “STATEMENT: Election Integrity Is Top Priority in New Maricopa County Recorder’s Office” Recorder Heap mentioned the rejected plan stating “As is consistent with longstanding MCRO policy and as implemented in numerous elections over decades, the MCRO included a provision to allow the 34 voters without a polling location to vote by one-time absentee ballot.” and “During the 2024 election I committed to all voters that I would follow the law, which is exactly what I intend to do and why I have directed my staff to immediately cease any attempts to clean up the Board of Supervisors’ messes.” and “Let me be clear: regardless of the propaganda and disinformation put out by the Chairman and some members of the Board of Supervisors, I do not answer to the Board—I answer to the voters. I made a promise during my campaign to listen to the voters, and I intend to keep it. Since the Board’s action earlier this week, I have heard from grassroots organizations, elections attorneys, and many regular citizens who have asked me to continue fighting for election integrity and stay the course in the face of the Board’s childish games. To this end, I will not be deterred. Neither I nor my staff will attempt to cover for the Board’s failures. We will be transparent with the public, so that they can see precisely who is actually interested in ensuring our elections are honest, transparent and secure.” Heap provided the letter he received from the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors and the notice of special election.

Justin Heap Finally Unblocks Brian Ference on X
I am pleased to announce that Justin Heap has finally unblocked me on X after nearly a year, a wise decision given the extremely illegal action and overwhelming legal precedent preventing elected officials from blocking Free Speech on social media.
But has Mr. Heap also unblocked the other accounts (and ALL that he is illegally blocking) as he was notified of in a June 11, 2024 Cease and Desist letter?
The Chairman Hilario Deleon also posted in approval of the plan which includes “Each municipality within Milwaukee County will now be assigned a Municipality Committee Chair…” and “Ward Captains will be appointed…” as well as “Applicants for MCC and Ward Captain positions will be interviewed and vetted by members of the PRMC Executive Committee to ensure alignment…”
