Independent small financial investigator and journalist Wolves and Finance (Zach) fired back at TPUSA after they sent him cease and desist letter. Amazingly, their lawyer doesn’t even know what he is doing and referenced paraphrasing out of context instead of direct quotes. The Turning Point Lawyers say people aren’t allowed to ask questions, exposing the hypocrisy of TPUSA, Erika Kirk, Tyler Bowyer, and their leadership betraying Charlie Kirk over his stance on open dialogue and debate and asking question.
The letter confirms the Kirk DOGE letter, admits 990 fraud (I mean “inadvertent errors” how convenient), admits TPUSA media team used drones at the site of Charlie Kirks assassination, admits Americas Turning Point is intentionally listing Tyler Bowyer their COO as an Independent Contractor and not withdrawing payroll taxes to send to the IRS. They again claim with no evidence that Tyler Bowyer is a victim and has had threats to his safety.
TPUSA is on very shaky ground as the burden of proof for political defamation against public political figures like Arizona State Senator Jake Hoffman is very very high. The Arizona Constitution provides even higher protection for Journalists and Free Speech than the First Amendment to the US Constitution.
