I wrote before that a Judge granted an injunction against harassment after Robert Portwood threatened to kill the Bylaws Chairman immediately after a Legislative District 3 Meeting. The Misty Mob group of fake Republicans using ANTIFA-like tactics and slogans immediately began harassing the primary witness (is this illegal witness tampering?) and continuing their web of lies and deceit trying to blame the victim and falsely calling the injunction “all a bunch of BS” according to Carrol Torrko at a September LD3 meeting (who previously ran against President Trump for President as an Independent) and Dictator Chairman Stuart “Mao” Scurti downplayed it calling it a “verbal conflict”. The group also ran removal petitions against multiple board members filled with lies and then sealing the records (is it because the signatures were forged?). When the majority of the board voted to cancel the September LD3 meeting over safety concerns, Scurti sent the call letter anyways at midnight, insisting the meeting go forward and that there was “no credible threat” despite increased armed protection and budget as well “having a contract in his hand with the Arizona Rangers” for protection. In response 3 of the board members resigned citing Scurti’s unethical and dictator-like behavior.
After reviewing all of the evidence and the testimony of Robert Portwood and Misty Portwood and several witnesses, the Judge sustained the Injunction against Harassment prohibiting Portwood from attending LD3 Meetings for 1 year and from having any contact with the victim. The Judge’s sustaining of the Injunction against Portwood proves that his group of supporters, including the below names, have been lying to and gaslighting the entire Legislative District and all the Republicans in Maricopa county along with the Maricopa County Republican Executive Guidance Committee on the matter. They have been lying to Republicans about everything. Some would question if they are deeply unethical and corrupt individuals?
