I wrote before that allegedly Turning Point Action gathered the fraudulent signatures for former Arizona Legislator and Turning Point employee Austin Smith now under indictment for felony counts. Within hours of the article being posted Smith hid his X account and scrubbed all Turning Point Action information from his profile. Now the story takes another turn as Arizona Agenda alleges that one of the signers, Loreen O’Moore as shown below, was dead and her celebration of life with family and friends held on the same day that Smith’s petition shows her signature with the date of March 16, 2024. According to the article “O’Moore’s husband, Brian O’Moore, said a “guy with a gun and a badge,” who identified himself as an investigator with the Attorney General’s Office, wanted to confirm whether the signature belonged to her, which it did not.” and “I informed him at that point she had passed away a week before it was signed,” O’Moore said “According to her obituary, she passed away 10 days before the date her fake signature appears.”
I confirmed the obituary of Loreen O’Moore obituary of Loreen O’Moore and that it was impossible for her to have signed Smith’s petition on the date indicated.
But this is not an isolated incident, read more below including at the bottom of this article where the most shocking allegations can be found.
Embattled Charlie Kirk and Turning Point Under Fire From All Sides: Accused of Simultaneously Being Anti-Semitic After Hosting Tucker Carlson at Turning Point Rally and For Flip-Flopping on Epstein and Acting as Foreign Agent
Turning Point USA just celebrated it’s largest fundraising year ever, with a record $85 Million in revenue in 2024 compared to $82 Million in 2023. Turning Point Action Inc has still not reported their 2024 revenue, but 2023 revenue was $10.7 Million. America’s Turning Point Inc has still not reported their 2024 revenue, but 2023 revenue was $4.85 Million. Turning Point Endowment Inc has still not reported their 2024 revenue, but 2023 revenue was $1.98 Million. Total revenue across 4 Turning Point entities in 2023 was near $100 Million and it is reasonable to estimate based on TPUSA’s 2024 increase that grand total for 2024 will be significantly over $100 Million. The BBN Times estimates CEO and Co-Founder Charlie Kirk’s net worth is now $14 Million and his annual income over $900,000 per year citing revenue of $1.2 million annually from The Charlie Kirk Show, $38,800 estimated monthly YouTube ad revenue and other sources such as book royalties and speaking engagements ranging from $10,000 – $100,000 per event. According to BBN Times his assets include a “real estate portfolio includes a $4.75 million Scottsdale mansion (listed for $6.5 million in 2024), an $855,000 Florida condo, and a Phoenix apartment. Additional assets, such as a $2 million investment portfolio and luxury vehicles like a Porsche Macan, further bolster his wealth.” BBN Times goes on to note “Critics have questioned TPUSA’s financial transparency, with reports noting lavish expenditures, such as a $999,000 payment to a now-dissolved LLC for a “research project.“
But embattled Kirk and Turning Point are currently taking fire from all sides. Disclose.tv posted video of Featured Speaker Tucker Carlson at a Turning Point USA conference saying “Tucker Carlson says Epstein was “working on behalf” of Israel and Israel was “committing crimes” on American soil.” Carlson went on to state that Pedophile Jeffrey Epstein worked for Israel Intelligence.
This brought immediate backlash from pro-Israel influencers such as Laura Loomer who said “Turning Point USA @TPUSA was able to grow as much as they did over the years because President Trump promoted them. I think tonight we all saw that they just view President Trump as a means for being financially secure. I get along with many people from TPUSA, but it needs to be said that you can’t call yourself a thought leader when you play both sides of every issue. Can you really call yourself pro-Trump anymore when you don’t challenge Tucker Carlson on his anti-Trump crusade that he’s been on for the last 3 weeks, going as far as saying Trump isn’t even America First? Tucker lied about the conflict in Iran and also just allowed Iran’s President to completely get away with lying by saying Iran has never killed a US citizen and that they didn’t try to kill Trump. I don’t want to hear anyone from TPUSA ever again say they think Islam is incompatible with the US @charliekirk11 . Obviously you do. You clearly have no issue with @TuckerCarlson being a mouthpiece for Qatar and Iran and then spewing his anti-Trump and anti-American propaganda at your TPUSA event. You’ve got to stop playing both sides of every single issue. It’s time to draw a line in the sand instead of flip flopping on every single issue. This is about moral clarity. I’m sick of people letting this issue slide.”
Nurit Greenger of Newsblaze said in a July 18, 2025 article: “Your July 2025 Turning Point USA Student Action Summit, held in Tampa, Florida, was a huge disappointment for me and many others. You of all people?“ and “How can you sit on the stage and agree with Madam Kelly that Jeffrey Epstein was working on behalf and for Israel’s Intelligence Unit Mossad?! These kinds of accusations benefit useful idiots. But you?” Greenger went on to say “So Charlie, there is a serious problem on hand which you help exacerbate.” and “Charlie, every Friday on your radio show you wish your audience “Shabbat Shalom” (Peaceful Sabbath); you of all people should have known better than to allow what we have watched and heard during your recent conference. Charlie, it would be better if you remained true to your strong moral compass which guided you throughout the years. Speak out against antisemitism, even if it comes from your friends and associates. Are you now walking in their path, as if your mask has fallen? Where is Turning Point USA going?”
Stephen R Young said “Everybody that donates to turning point, USA should cancel their donations“.

Additional Epstein and Funding Criticism of Kirk and Turning Point
After allegedly changing his position several times on the Epstein Files, several challenged Kirk’s convictions. Influencer Lord Bebo with 690,000 followers said “Charlie says do not trust the government on: – Vaccines – Healthcare – Wars – Spending ; But trust the government on Epstein”.

Hewey Media reported “Charlie Kirk before the election: “Vote Trump to release the Epstein list!” After the admin buries it: “I’m done talking about Epstein. I trust my friends in government.” Wild how “we are the news now” becomes “shut up & trust the system” when it’s your puppets in charge.”
In as recently as June 2025 @EyeofhourusC questioned Turning Point USA’s funding sources citing an NBC News Article he claims the organization was using to boost donations through anonymous donors in a questionable way and that “This opacity allows TPUSA to fund initiatives like the Professors Watchlist and TPUSA Faith” He went on to echo allegations by others of “using bot networks to amplify chaos”
Health Ranger with 320,000 followers stated in the past: “Yep, Charlie Kirk‘s Turning Point org is little more than a Zionist festival of “Israel first” narratives.” On July 14th and 15th 2025 he repeated some of these claims saying: “If your “success” as an influencer is engineered and funded by outside groups that dictate your narratives and control your boundaries, you are no success at all. You’re simply obedient and replaceable. Charlie Kirk, Ben Shapiro, etc. I would much rather place my trust in people who struggle but who earn their credibility through hard work, not via artificial engineering. People like Ann Vandersteel, Matt Bracken and Owen Shroyer.” and “Charlie Kirk is getting wrecked by the Epstein affair” and “Charlie Kirk is Israel first, Trump second, America third and THE TRUTH last.”
Texas National Delegate Trisha Hope said on July 14, 2025: “There is a global pedophile network that has a strangle hold on our government, but Charlie here says he’s going to trust his FRIENDS in the government. Forget the rape victims. I told you to watch these paid influencers, they are behaving like Fake news but for Trump.”
The Floodgates are Breaking for Former Turning Point Employees Speaking Out Against Them
On July 14, 2025 a woman named Caroline posted a video saying she worked for TPUSA and Charlie Kirk. She goes on to say “But over time, I realized how much of it was built on cruelty, trolling, and blind obedience. It took years for me to admit that I’d been convinced to believe things that didn’t sit right in my soul. If you’re feeling uncomfortable with the direction of the right, you’re not alone—and you have permission to question it. That discomfort is your humanity. Listen to it.” Caroline will shortly be releasing a multi-video tell all series on her experiences with Charlie Kirk and Turning Point.
I wrote before about a former Turing Point Action employee who alleged they were sexually assaulted as referenced in the police report by a prominent Turning Point employee who was close friends with COO Tyler Bowyer. The former employee then alleges that Bowyer covered up the sexual assault by inappropriately taking over the HR investigation and having his legal counsel threaten her.
Multiple other former Turning Point Employees have also confirmed the allegations of sexual assault by prominent Turning Point employee Matthew Martinez and Cover-up by Turning Point Action COO Tyler Bowyer as true. These are not the first cases of alleged sexual assaults and harassments of students at Turning Point USA according to the Washington Examiner. saying “Witnesses describe a scene reminiscent of “Animal House.” Kids weren’t just drinking in their hotel rooms. They say some wandered drunk through the lobby. Students weren’t just roughhousing by the hotel pool. They say some were wasted in the water. And while many of the young conservatives proved a temperate bunch, the vomit in the bushes served as visceral testament to the appetites of the rest.”
There is a problem with the Frat Boy Sexualization Party Culture in Turning Point Action and Turning Point, and it goes all the way to the top including Charlie Kirk
In this video, shot on May 2, 2025 at a college campus “Prove me wrong” event, Charlie Kirk can be clearly heard in context saying “Like a fraternity guy and sorority girl at age 19 hooking up, both 5 drinks in at 2am and all of the sudden she like removes consent yeah like there is a murky middle gray area”. 5 Drinks in is clearly intoxicated and the legal precedent is clear, particularly in the case Kirk mentioned with Fraternity and Sorority 19 Year Olds where the girl removes consent:
Allegations from Multiple Former Turning Point Employees that Door Knocking and Other Numbers are Faked to Defraud Donors
This reporter interviewed two former Turning Point employees; who spoke only on the strict condition of anonymity given Turning Point’s extremely aggressive and harassing pattern of litigious threats to their employees. The first said the following:
“As a former Turning Point Action employee during the 2024 election, I feel compelled to speak out about the dishonest practices I witnessed—specifically, the inflation of door-knocking numbers. We were under intense pressure to hit unrealistic goals, and when actual voter contact fell short, supervisors encouraged us to “round up” our numbers or count doors we had not yet visited. In some cases, data was fabricated entirely to show success that didn’t exist. I watched many managers never leave the office, yet report record numbers of doors and targets hit in a record number of hours. Managers that went out into the field and helped knock doors for endless hours were ridiculed by the team that never left the office. The working managers were told the work didn’t matter, just get the numbers in for the donors to see. I watched good leader after good leader be cut from the roster or quit because of the shady practices, One manager was harassed so badly the manager quit going into the office altogether. That manager spoke of another supervisor who was constantly recruiting territories outside of her area, only tell the interested party not to apply because the job was filled. The manager that was being gaslit was actively recruiting brought it to the managers attention and was reprimanded for it. This manager had photos taken of the managers car where it was parked the rare times the manager went to the office and they would bitterly complain that. All because the other managers took issue with the car he drove. The car was damaged in the TPA parking lot, but the manager chose not to file a claim as the manager felt it would be difficult to prove. When upper management was made aware of it the manager was ignored and threatened with demotion. The more I witnessed the more disenchanted I became; I joined TPA because I believed in making a real difference on the ground, but what I saw was a top-down push to create the illusion of impact for donors and political allies.”
Another employee interviewed said:
“The people at Turning Point are not good people. There is nothing godly about them. They are protecting what is going on there and it is the culture. They use intimidation tactics regularly. My first week I met Tyler Bowyer and there was something off about him from the beginning. Bowyer is not who he thinks he is. He is an arrogant asshole. There were people in my employee training that said about Bowyer “This guy is full of shit.” There is this act like he has it all figured out. The first thing I figured out is they lie and they don’t tell the whole truth particularly about their data. They weren’t telling the truth about what they were presenting to donors. They were not only inflating the numbers but also their data was wrong. Their app is also flawed and not accurate. Their training was garbage. There is something not right here, particularly with Tyler Bowyer. Bowyer doesn’t fear God at all. He is not a Christian. The man is a monster. I’ve talked to Tyler Bowyer’s assistant, beautiful woman, I mean gorgeous. I asked her “What did you do to get into politics?” and she said “Oh, I’ve never had a job outside of this.” You’ve never worked in politics, yet you work for the COO of Turning Point? How the hell is that possible? Turning Point talks a big game and delivers absolutely nothing. I don’t think Charlie Kirk is a bad man, but he is complicit. There is no way Charlie Kirk can get to his position and not know what is going on in his companies. If he is as smart as he presents himself, he’d have to be an idiot not to know what is going on.
Charlie Kirk Allegedly has a Part to Play in Defrauding Donors
According to these interviews, this is the part that Charlie Kirk allegedly has in defrauding large donors:
“A social media team learns everything they can about a big donor, scouring their facebook pages to learn everything about them like what their dogs’ names are and how they like their coffee or what they like to eat. When the donor comes into the office after reviewing the door knocking numbers and reports, they make sure to have all the hottest young girls at the desks. Next to them is a battle hardened database admin lady or something. Whoever is giving the tour, usually Tyler Bowyer, has their coffee brought how they like it and whatever other tricks and then makes it seem like an accident running into a certain desk saying “Let’s stop at one of the desks and talk to some of our employees. The young girl and database admin then wow the donor. After the tour is over as they are walking out the donor’s cell phone rings and it is Charlie Kirk calling and he hits them up for a big donation.”
According to the IRS Rules, Turning Point USA is Operating their 501(c)3 Nonprofit In Violation and Should Lose Their Status
- Refrain from supporting or opposing candidates in political campaigns in any way.
- Ensure that your net earnings do not inure in whole or in part to the benefit of private shareholders or individuals (that is, board members, officers, key management employees, or other insiders).
- Not further non-exempt purposes (such as purposes that benefit private interests) more than insubstantially.
- Not be organized or operated for the primary purpose of conducting a trade or business that is not related to your exempt purpose(s).
- Not devote more than an insubstantial part of your activities attempting to influence legislation or, if you made a section 501(h) election, not normally make expenditures in excess of expenditure limitations outlined in section 501(h).
- Not provide commercial-type insurance as a substantial part of your activities.”
