According to Misty Devenney, they did not even inform her of the final vote counts. The Mohave County Republican Committee immediately filed an injunction against workplace harassment, stripping her of her 2nd Amendment even though she does not own or use firearms, and completed an improperly done censure without a vote by the whole body, and then barred her from the office and email database demanding a revote:

I am James Barber and I am the person who suggested not to publish the vote count. Ms. Devenney won and I felt that was enough.
First Amendment rights is only on a true public forum, not a curated forum such as the one I am commenting to you on. I can protest in front of any organization on the public sidewalk as long as I do not impede traffic to the organization. A Facebook forum created by MCRCC is not a public forum.

Mr Barber, let’s clarifiy exactly what you stated to me after the 7/27 mtg in which Misty Devenney won the District 2 Directorship. I was sitting outside the library room with a couple of my friends, laughing about how I’d just been served when you stepped out. I asked you about the vote tally. You replied, “You don’t deserve to know.”

An at-large oational committeeman, Ted Boyd, stated to me that because the Mohave County Republican Central Committee is “private” they do not have to honor the 1ST Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. What do you have to say about that?

There’s a distinction that always muddies the water when the 1st amendment is discussed. I try to look at it like this..the 1st amendment term is used in governmental arenas. The term Free Speech is used in private arenas. So, let Ted Boyd know that we PCs have a right to our Free Speech. What the MCRCC group, under the direction of Chair Kentch, is trying to do is limit Free Speech at the MCRCC mtgs. And that Ms. Foster is called communism. As such the current MCRCC board needs to be removed except for the 1st vice Chair, Ashley Gerich.
Any suggestions on how to to remove them?
