I wrote before providing evidence of Misty Portwood’s Husband Robert Portwood, While Armed with a Gun, Allegedly Made a Credible Death Threat to “Kill” the Chair of the Membership Committee This is another example of ANTIFA Democrat behavior. In the below video, the victim says “I have witnesses you threatened me”. Robert Portwood replies “It’s not a threat” and then twice “It’s a promise” before Chairman Stuart Scurti says twice “You guys are gonna get us thrown out of the church”. The Misty Portwood Mob is also attacking the Secretary as seen in the screenshot below. This is a pattern of harassment and intimidation in a coup d’état attempt. They will not stop and will harass and remove anyone who stands in their way.
The Misty Mob has joined forces with the Czarny supporters and together this is the same group behind the false removal petitions of the 1st and 2nd vice chair. Below I address some of the untrue allegations in the removal petitions. Removal Petition Contains False Allegations to Mislead
The 2nd Vice Chair has delivered on his role of Speakers at the LD Meeting, as has the 1st Vice Chair on Training. The removal petition contains false information and untrue allegations. One of these is failing to receive an approval on an expense while on the old Membership committee prior to the election of new officers. If the 5 person Bylaws committee failed to get approval for a $200 expense after providing the receipts together at the same time, how did the Treasurer Kevin Maldonado and Chairman Bob Gomez sign the reimbursement check? If the former board failed to conduct some sort of required approval vote before reimbursing the expense, perhaps they should be the ones named in the petition?
The petition also falsely alleges a vote to reject the Finance Committee revised report. This is the report in which Michelle Rugloski audited herself and an extreme conflict of interest. The original report received a unanimous 5 for vote by the board. The revised report was voted down by a majority of the vote because it contains false statements (all inserted in a planned fashion to generate these false allegations and petition) and none of the information emailed to the Finance Committee on June 28th including that the Chairman Gomez instructed the membership committee to send the letters, the secretary Torko provided the addresses, and the 2nd vice chair Genge was on the committee after the body voted 3 consecutive times in favor of suspension and empowered the committee to “act”:
The petition contains many other false and unsubstantiated claims including notable defense of Turning Point by former paid Turning Point employee Michelle Rugloski who works closely with the Misty Mob. See her employee contract below. Yet ANOTHER Conflict of Interest for Michelle Rugloski.
