In a new video from Zach De Gregorio, he accuses Arizona Senator Jake Hoffman, TP Action COO Tyler Bowyer, TPUSA Spokesman Andrew Kolvet, Charlie Kirk Show Product Blake Neff, and TPUSA CEO Erika Kirk (among others) of fraud and tax evasion. He says they should be in prison. Further De Gregorio provides significant proof that TPUSA, TPAction, Americas Turning Point, and others should lose their nonprofit status and be fully audited saying “TPAction lied to the IRS and they lied to the Donors and that is Fraud!” and “Erika Kirk’s statement (endorsing JD Vance) was illegal”. De Gregorio alleges that “Tyler Bower is STEALING TPUSA Donations into Americas Turning Point and using it for illegal political activity.” He also alleges that “Charlie Kirk found out”.
