2 weeks ago team found issues with federal registrations, notified secretary of state office. MVD and SOS says HAVA check found 6,000 voter registration forms, 3,550 in maricopa county voters who should have potentially been elevated or remain federal only. 651 potentially mailed incorrect federal ballot. Only 651 could have received mail ballot.
AZ Republic what is line between voter intimidation, watching can do, where is line? 75 foot limit? Richer says if you are intimidating or deterred please report that but has no legal framework. MCBOS refused to answer question also.

Richer: Yes, you have one vote. We can send additional packets like if you spill coffee on it prompting additional ballot requests. New deactivates first packet. Use the 2nd one, barcode ending in 02 instead of 01.

Stephen Richer: Anyone can fill out a form and we get them with name/address but social security/birth/signature doesn’t match. People submitting false voter registrations.
